Chicken Carbonara recipe
I can't find the Recipe on tattoo Mummy's site so here it is;
Ingredients
500 grams Diced chicken thigh (it doesn't have to be thigh)
Spring onions
Decent handful of diced bacon
Small tub of Thickened cream (we used more chicken and pasta, so we needed a bit more then the small tub)
1/3cup of shredded cheese
pasta (we used spirals)
1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
What to do
Brown the chicken
Add the bacon then let it cook for a few minutes
Add Crushed Garlic
Slice and add the spring onions
Add the cream and cheese
Boil Pasta
This was a very filling meal and tasted great, it was so easy and quick to make.
We had it by it self but it would also taste great with salad.
