Battle of the Blogger Butts #2

Starting a little late,
 i finally made it through week #1 with a loss of 900grams, (2pounds)
 since i had a mostly lazy week, 
with next to no exercise, I'm happy!

Things i did through the week:
Went food shopping and bought a lot of fresh fruit and veg *NO Sweets* 
Had take away 'just once' **insert HUGE green tick**
Ate alot more salad, and less meat
walked 2km
Helped a friend move house please, no more boxes!
which also involved a girls night in with bubbles,
which made up for all the boxes i had to pack/unpack or lift
I hope to continue my health kick as strictly as i did last week and get alot more exercise in this week!
