This week i have jumped on the scales a few times and this is what it said.
Sun: Didn't weigh in
Mon: Didn't weigh in
Tue: -800g
Wed: -300g
Thurs: -300g
Fri: +1.1kg
Sat: -600g
Total weight loss for this week is: -1.1kg
I starting going to the pool this week (haven't been in years)
but i also ate alot of crap this week, which is probably why my scales have jumped all over the place this week.
Scale Disclaimer:
1. The number before you will vary each day and multiple times per day.
try not to go crazy. (But you could!)
2. The scale will Not tell you the following:
*. What a great person you are.
*. How much your family and friends love you.
*. That you can make a stranger melt with your beautiful smile.
*. You have the power to choose happiness.

And your weight can fluctuate up to 2kg a day without it actually reflecting any real weight gain...so never weigh yourself every day. Once a WEEK is MORE than enough!!!
You are far better going on how you feel,how you look and how your clothes fit than what some stupid number says...

You have no idea how close I came to giving up on this battle after the week I had with the scales. Then I read your post- thank-you- I will keep persevering, and will keep off the scales!!
Great weight loss! I love your positive thoughts, they are so true. It was so hard to stay off the scales this week, but I'm really glad that I did. Good luck with this week!

I dont usually weigh my self every day, this week i just wanted to see how much it would change from day to day.
