Battle of the Blogger Butts #7

March is fast approaching,
I'm wondering where this fun little blog hop is heading!?
It seems to be growing and i think i will be sad to see it end...

So on with my post!

Welcome to yet another round of
I was invited to go out a few times over the weekend, but i politely declined
all because i knew i would have added a few more kg/pounds, then i would of had to tell you all that i went on yet another weekend bender..
So I'm happy to report back, that i stayed home and read my last weeks
note to self over and over and over again.
This week i have had a loss of 700 grams and had quite a lazy week!
Getting back on track after last weeks episode..
Which one are you?
I'm defiantly a pear
Look out scales I'm sure Charlene isn't the only one fed up!

Here is a question for you all
If you could buy only one pieces of gym equipment what would it be?

A big thanks to Michelle and Naomi for putting together such a fun blog hop!

gosh! i so love that granny cartoon!
classic...I have felt like her in more ways than one this past week.

I think Michelle is going to take over the Blogger Butt linky and keep it going every saturday.

I am so impressed with your decision making this week and look how you were rewarded. Great effort!

I feel like I am the total slacker here as my weight loss is so slow. I want to speed it up a little to catch up with everyone else.

I really want to get myself a bike. I love to sit and pedal away. I really don't care if it is a stationary one or one I can enjoy outside.

Well done to you. Naomi x

Here's to the up coming week, and another (at least) 700g!!

Oops- forgot to mention favourite piece of gym equipment....
not sure if I can buy one, but the only one I want is the tall, lean, looks great in shorts, has a great sense of humour personal trainer.
Can I have one of those please?

Great job!! 700g is the perfect amount of weight to lose in a week...totally sustainable weight loss :-)
Oh and if I could buy any piece of equipment it would be an eliptical trainer...but I wouldn't buy it because they are so expensive and then I'd feel guilty if I didn't use it all the time. I prefer to just use what I have around the house without any added expense and then go to the gym with my friends and use their equipment :-)
have a great week

It is hard to make that choice about not going out, but good for you for sticking to your resolve. I know that some times I can go out and not eat...but those times are rare.
Congrats on your weight loss - woo hoo!!
I have an elliptical trainer. I love it. Sadly, it is broken. I would like to get it fixed.
