Since first starting this challenge i have picked up quite a few more followers, so i thought i would post the rules
for anyone wanting to join in!
(Anyone can join in!!)
The challenge is to lose 5% of your body weight!
The Rules are Simple
1. You have to add Naomi and Michelle's 'Battle of the blogger butts' button to your sidebar so everyone knows you are taking part in the challenge.

2. Weigh yourself so you have a starting weight for the beginning of the challenge.

On with my post!!
Since last Saturday i have:
Turned another year older
Ate way to much food to celebrate getting older
Gained another 600 grams
Had a visit from some wonderful friends
that we don't get to see very often!
Not done a lot of exercise
wish i could say that there was a lot of this going on
but sadly it was more like this..
I must remember this...

I celebrated my birthday this week too. I didn't eat cake but I did eat too many chocolate cups filled with berries and whipped cream - YUM!
