****A short Update****
About 1 year ago, 
I have had a few people ask am i still using it? and has it helped me in anyway?
The answer is Yes and Yes.
I am still using it, and it has made my life so much more manageable.
Having the binder has helped keep ME organized, and now all my 'paper work' (Bills, notes, recipes/meal planner, budget etc) have a home.
Jen even has Organizing for Bloggers sorted...

ooo I think I need one of those!! Especially since I am a crappy housewife.. (Drew never asked before we had kids if I was good housewife) since we are getting married this Saturday maybe its about time I find some help..
I love the idea, but I'm not sure if I would remember to use it! As it is, I hardly ever touch my inner-B organizer and I love that!
I think if something is still working for you a year later, then it's a great idea. Home management is still a work in progress for me so ideas like this are always welcome.:)
