Smoothie Goodness!

Hey all!
For those of you that like to stick to low calories,

have you tried this?

Simple Berry Smoothie
i think it tastes so much better with milk. 
I made two, one with milk and the other with Orange juice
although the one with O.J i added Sweetener. 
looks gross huh!
But tastes Delicious..

Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries any type (I used McCain's Frozen Mixed Berries)
    1 small banana (6")
    1 cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt (I used Fruit N Salad By Bulla Frozen yogurt)
    1/2 cup skim milk or enough as needed to make to a drinking consistency
  • Directions

    Place all ingredients in blender and process to desired consistency. Makes 3 servings approx 3/4 cup each.

    • Calories: 131.6, Total Fat: 1.4 g, Cholesterol: 5.8 mg, Sodium: 75.4 mg, Total Carbs: 25.8 g, Dietary Fiber: 2.2 g, Protein: 5.3 g

I Love the pics too :-) Mmmmm have to get some berries and make one it sound YUMMO! I've only ever done apricot nectar with icecream - not overly healthy? But it tastes nice :-)
