As i have just started meal planning again this week, i thought i'd join in on this pretty awesome linky party and maybe steal a recipe or two or three.

Ok so on my plan we have;
Monday - Spaghetti bolognaise
Tuesday - Nachos (as requested by Mr 11)
Wednesday - Chicken with Salad
Thursday - Steak Diane with Veg
Friday - Chicken & Bacon Pasta bake
Saturday - Meat and salad
Sunday - Lasagna and chips
Ingredients for Spaghetti bolognaise:
- canola spray .
- 500g extra lean minced beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp minced garlic (jar)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 jar ready-made pasta sauce
- 1 tin (400g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp Italian herb mix
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
Method:
In a frying pan, spray a light spray of canola oil and fry minced beef until browned.
Add garlic and onion and fry for 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add pasta sauce, mushrooms, carrot and herb mix. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir through parsley and serve on cooked wholemeal pasta with a light cheese.
This just arrived in the post, so i'm thinking there maybe some deserts to come!

Just reading this gave me the craving for steak Diane lol sounds like a yummy week.
