We went away over easter!

This week i have been eating snacking on Easter Eggs..
Other then our trip
to the Zoo where we did alot of walking!
There hasn't really been much exercise going on.
There has certainly been way to much of this going on.
I have still somehow managed to lose -700 grams
What are your secret weight loss tips/hints??
What do you do to keep your self from getting bored
with your exercise routine?

I exercise at the start of the day, before the house is awake. It works for me because it guarantees a little peace and quiet before the insanity of the day sets in. Also, if I sleep in exercise gear I am exercising even before I am awake and don't have a chance to talk myself out of it!

what a great post. I love how you cross things out! I changed into my exercise gear this morning as there is an afternoon walk planned with a friend. We try to do one bigger walk on a weekend, at a different location, and during the week leave at 6.45am and walk around the neighbourhood, still half asleep.
Good work on the weight loss - you must have done something right!! I don't really have an exercise plan per se, I just try to do a lot of incidental exercise.
