I just bought Picnik premium membership in the hope that I can do some things there easily and quickly that I'm not smart enough to do yet in PSElements. I love the fact that there is lots of support available in the form of tutorials etc.

Yes imikimi is a website that provides templates for free. :)
(It doesn't work properly in Google chrome tho, but works fine with IE)
