"Not only are Vege Twists free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives but they also have 80% less saturated fat than regular potato chips. Unlike other chips on the market, Vege Twists are made from a variety of grains, and contain lupin flour which is high in protein, dietary fibre and antioxidants. Lupin flour also reduces appetite, meaning that kids will feel full quickly and resist snacking on junk food throughout the day. Furthermore, Vege Twists are 100% gluten-free, meaning that coeliacs or those with gluten intolerances can still enjoy this healthier snack option."
Vege
Twists are available in Coles and Woolworth.
The Retail price for Vege twists is $4.99
To be totally honest, i wasn't so sure my kids were going to enjoy them as much as they did.
This is what my little taste testers had to say:
Mr 4: "They are yummy, and they look like 'Twisties' . I have finished my packet. Can i please have some more."
Miss 7: Can you buy some more so i can take them to school. I love them, they taste nice.
Mr 10: These taste mad, can you get some more.
I think Vege Twists are a winner in our house. I will defiantly buy more.
The only problem we had was, we were not sent enough packets. ;)

Might try Vege Chips next time I pop to the shops!! I discovered Roasted Chickpeas - which my 2year old loves! Great for a little snackbowl in the afternoon and full of protien!
I haven't tried the twists, but I do buy the regular chips often. They're delicious.
We got these too, and the kids loved them, which was nice. I didn't think they would either. :)
