30 day shred with Jillian Michaels Challenge!

Since the
Seems to have come to an end,
 i needed to find something else to help keep me motivated.


I have joined some wonderful ladies for the month of June.
Participating in the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels.


This will not be the first time i have attempted the 30 day shred.
I have made it to level 3 before, but i never finished it. Boo 
I also have the Jillian Michaels Nintendo Wii Game 
it was a good investment.

This will be Attempt #3
30 day shred.

Anyone can join in with this! All you need to do is take your measurements and some before pictures. Also try to include how the workout is for you! what you want to gain from doing the 30 day shred. Then make sure you link up.

Not sure where to measure?
Each arm (thickest part)
Each thigh (thickest part)
Upper waist (smallest part)
Lower waist (at your belly button)
Your hips )biggest part)


whilst at the moment, i am not going to tell you what i weight or share my measurements, however i may or may not decide
 to share this at the end of the 30 days along with some photos! 
(just because i am not sharing here doesn't mean i'm not taking photos or measurements)

Attempt #1
The first time i attempted to start the 30 day shred, i worked out for the first 2 days, by day number 3 my legs and butt hurt so much i gave up and started again 2 weeks later.

Attempt #2
I made it to level 3 (i can't remember what threw me off track) but i didn't get to 
finish the level. By the time i made it to level 3 i remember i had a much better posture and alot more energy.

I Love how energetic i feel after completing a workout with Jillian, 
even though i feel like i have just had my arse kicked! 
  
Note: I have joined in a few days late with this challenge, 
but i have been doing the 30 day shed 3 days a week for the last 3 weeks!

I feel the same way. Ive attempted (and been successful) on weight watchers multiple times, but never end up sticking with it.
Now, we all are going to do great because there are so many bloggers we have to turn to in case we need any motivation!
Cant wait to see how great we all look in 30day!!!

You'll be awesome! I'm impressed that you've made it to level three before. I start with level 1 and have never done it long enough to make it to the next level. You've motivated me to do such!
