Better late then never, right!

Welcome back for week 2 of the 
Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

Better late then never.
I have had a huge long weekend.

I had a great start to Week 1. Not such a great weekend though.

Defiantly not alot of 'shreding' happened over the weekend.
With a 50th and 60th Birthday party, then a wedding anniversary party.

There was way to much of this

and not enough of this going on

I think i'm going to have to copy 
list of goals for next week This week.

*No Skipping Days (i'm an expert at this)
*Drink more water
*Eat Healthier
*Add in extra ab Butt workouts
 (Don't know about extra AB, but defiantly extra Butt workouts)

I'm doing the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation. 3 kg in 3 weeks, loving it and as Michelle says, "Just fucking do it!"

I skipped a couple days, too. But yesterday did level 2, day 1. I like it much better than level 1! You can do it. Just pick up where you left off. :)
