
Welcome to another week of
30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels!
I've had a great week except for the last 2 days.
It seems the 'Flu' has come to visit my house and has left everybody feeling miserable.
A shame the last 2 weeks haven't been as good. Everything besides the exercise seems to be going to plan.
I've been drinking alot of water eating alot more fresh fruit and veg.
I'm liking level 2 alot more then level 1, well that is besides the walk down push ups!
This one seems to be the only one i struggle with!
Defiantly not looking forward to level 3.
I'm thinking i might have to add an extra week or 2 so i can actually finish the shred properly.
(I don't do weekends)
What exercise do you find the hardest? (in any level)

Keep it up. I actually like the walk out push ups better then normal push ups. ha ha.
Nice work! My arms are getting so much better with all the planks!
Good on you! I'm not exactly clear on what the shred is, but as far as exercise goes I suck at anything requiring upper body strength, like push-ups of any form and chin-ups (impossible). Hate those planks too!

I have never attempted the shred but have heard great things and friends who I do boot camp with have commented on how difficult, but effective it is. Give your body and chance to recover and you will be ready to throw yourself back into it, exercise is so fantastic for increasing your motivation in every other aspect of your life, good luck!
Oh that sounds like a good challenge. That push up sounds disgraceful for those with horrific pelvic floor muscles!
I'll leave you to it though, I am just pathetic. But walking the kids to school and kindy is really enjoyable although heavy with a double pram, bags and the like. That's as much exercise as I get outside of constant housework.
