Kicked Butt or Butt Kicked?

Welcome back for week 3 of the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred!

Next week One day soon i will get it right and post on the right day.

So, I've just started on Level 2, i missed so many days last week, this week hasn't been much better. I thought i would advance to level 2 anyways.

 (As i have already said i have been doing the 30 day shred a couple of times a week before this challenge started, so i probably should have leveled up last week)                 oops 

Today was the first day of level 2 on attempt #3.
I felt great afterwards, but felt like i was coping an arse whooping during the workout!
Are you going to play cricket?
If by "Play Cricket" you mean Whoop on your bare white ass, then yes, i'm ganna play some cricket!

I only do the 30 day shred 5 times a week, 
weekends are just to hectic around here at the moment!

I found an App for my phone, free from the Android Market.

I use the app "My Fitness Pal" to keep track of my calories. I like it.

I think you are doing great and level two is hard! Just keep it up and it seems to gradually get a little easier!
